Complaints, replacement and return of goods

Questions and information regarding the complaint, exchange or return of the goods are directed to reklamace@matejovsky-textil.cz.

All shipments that arrive to us are entered into the system, which is automatically sent to you by email. You are further informed about the handling of the shipment by a customer service representative, either by e-mail or by telephone.

Goods replacement

(This information relates to the exchange of goods at the customer's request, eg because of a wrong size, color, etc.)

Only unused and unwashed goods in original packaging can be replaced within 30 days of purchase. Just send it in the usual way to Vladimír Komárka 606, 513 01 Semily. Put the item on the shipment with information about what you are sending and what it is supposed to be exchanged for. Be sure to include your contact details including your phone number, ideally put a copy of the invoice. Replacement of goods is possible only for items listed on the Internet (in stock)! Before sending the shipment, make sure that the product you are offering is available. You do not have to bind to the original amount of the order, pay any additional payment in the form of an overdue, otherwise put the account number to which the overpayment is to be sent. Once we receive your mail and enter it into the system, we will send you an e-mail.

In this case, the customer pays all the shipping costs. Do not send the goods for change on the cash on delivery!

Return of Goods (Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement)

Send the goods by a classic package to Vladimír Komárka 606, 513 01 Semily (14-day standard legal period). Please include the contact details, including your phone number, on the shipment, and include a copy of the invoice. Once we receive your mail and enter it into the system, we will send you an e-mail. Do not send the goods on cash on delivery! Complaint/reclamation

Send the goods to the claim by a classic package to Vladimíra Komárka 606, 513 01 Semily. Put the information into the shipment about what goods you are shipping and indicate why you are claiming goods. Be sure to include a copy of your tax invoice. Once we receive your mail and enter it into the system, we will send you an e-mail. Please do not send the goods for the cash on delivery!

Under the Sales Records Act, the seller is required to issue a receipt to the buyer.
He is also required to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; In the event of a technical outage, within 48 hours at the latest.
