Delivery time and shipping

We ship the goods to the whole of the Czech Republic as well as to Slovakia and other EU countries. We use the services of PPL (CZ, SK), Czech Post (Czech Republic) and DHL (SK, EU). The DHL driver in Slovakia accepts payment in €.

Delivery time

The delivery time varies depending on the payment method you choose (more here). However, the rule is that the delivery of the shipment to the carrier the following business day following the order in the case of a cash on delivery or an online payment method, for a classic bank transfer the next business day following receipt of the payment. (During the Christmas season, you are informed about current expeditions).

Traffic prices

  • PPL after CR: 100 CZK (when ordering over CZK 1000 for FREE (excluding action or discounted goods))
  • Czech Post Office: CZK 110 (hand-packed, when ordering over CZK 1000 for FREE (except for action or discounted goods))
  • DHL to Slovakia: € 8 (when ordering over € 100 for FREE) (excluding action or discounted goods))
  • DHL abroad (EU)
    • 10 € Germany, Poland, Austria, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary
    • 15 € Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden
    • 20 € Bulgaria, Croatia, Norway, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Slovenia; 40 € Switzerland

NOTICE! If the Czech Postmaster fails to reach you at the address mentioned above, the shipment will be stored at your post office. If the PPL / DHL driver does not reach you, the next two business days will attempt to deliver the parcel to the same address again. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us. Please always consult your shipment specialist if you have any changes and details regarding the place or time of delivery.

 

Shipment Tracking

 

You will receive a link for online tracking of your shipment from us in an e-mail that will automatically be sent to you when the shipment is delivered to the carrier. It is only possible to track the shipment after it is entered into the system by a transport service worker! You are informed by e-mail from PPL or Czech Post about the delivery of the shipment to the shipping company system.

 

If you know the shipment number, you can also enter tracking directly on the shipping service site.

Under the Sales Records Act, the seller is required to issue a receipt to the buyer.
He is also required to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; In the event of a technical outage, within 48 hours at the latest.
